Our History

The year was 2008, I was channel surfing late one night and came across BBQ Pitmasters, and like most I was hooked. There was something about this show that really pulled me in, the competitiveness, attention to detail, memories of cookouts with family. Fast forward to 2019 I did my first competition, made my own rubs and sauces. To say the least I did not do well, but new I was addicted and had a lot to learn, however I had many compliments on my own products.

So I decided that I needed to advance my knowledge and skills, instead of jumping in and competing right away. I eventually became a certified judge, focused on my product line as well as advancing my skills in grilling and bbq. So when 2023 came I jumped back into competition I have had several top 10 placements and one reserve grand championship win (2nd place win with over 30 teams ) like our motto says; Passion in the flavor experience in the taste!
