What you will need:
- One package of bacon ( thin cut, either hickory smoked or apple smoked )
- One package of boneless country style ribs
- Sweet Heat Mesquite or Sririacha-licious Seasoning for a spicy kick
Instructions:
- Cut country style ribs into one inch cubes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes ( or until fork tender )
- Let cool for about 15 minutes, then wrap bacon around ribs , approximately ¼ strip per cube of rib.
- Finish seasoning and place back into oven for about 60 minutes ( check every 15 minutes until bacon is done and crispy ). These make a great appetizer at a party, tailgate or just a fun snack.
